When we are in a state of FLOW we rise to the challenge and we draw on our strengths to improve our performance.

On LEAP we take a strengths based approach, helping participants to spend more time in that wonderfully satisfying state of FLOW. We continue this approach with the post programme coaching, effectively holding the space between skill and challenge for our participants as they move confidently toward their goals.

We know that the more time we spend doing what we love and loving what we do, the more productive, engaged and effective we are, and who wouldn’t want more of that?

These 8 factors must exist for us to be in FLOW

  1. Challenge and skill are balanced
  2. Action and awareness merge
  3. You have a goal
  4. You have immediate feedback on performance
  5. The task requires your concentration
  6. You are in control
  7. There is a loss of self consciousness
  8. Time is transformed
